Tahini Dressing This traditional sauce is served as a condiment in most restaurants making pita sandwiches. Try with grilled souvlaki or falafel. Spread generously on your pita before stuffing with grilled meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onion… roll up and enjoy. Keeps in the fridge for up to 10 days.

  • Combine yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt in a food processor; puree until smooth and creamy. Add more water if dressing is too thick. Add parsley; pulse for 10 seconds to distribute evenly. Transfer dressing to an airtight container.
