Penny’s Smoothie Banana, blueberries and peaches blended with yogurt and fruit syrup. Use any flavor of syrup to taste. My kids like to freeze this for ice pops.
In a blender, combine banana, frozen blueberries, frozen peach slices, yogurt and syrup. Blend until smooth. add rice milk and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.Advertisement
