  • Blend fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey together in a blender until smooth.


Per Serving: 341 calories; protein 12g; carbohydrates 65.8g; fat 4.5g; sodium 165.9mg. I prefer Silk(R) vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk, or swap for water and a frozen banana.
