
Garlic Bread (Molho de Alho) Great Brazilian churrasco barbeque-style garlic bread. You can mix oregano in with all the ingredients or sprinkle on bread before putting it on the grill. Shredded cheese can be added once one of the sides is cooked.

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine butter, mayonnaise, and garlic in a food processor; blend until smooth. Spread mixture on both sides of French bread slices.
