  • Blend ice in a blender until crumbly; add yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste smoothie and add desired amount of sugar; blend.


Per Serving: 213 calories; protein 10.4g; carbohydrates 35g; fat 4.1g; cholesterol 15.9mg; sodium 131.3mg. For a thicker smoothie half the milk and double the yogurt.
