Baguette with Caramelized Onions, Fresh Figs, Arugula, and Goat Cheese
I made these vegetarian baguettes for a party last year and they tasted just fantastic. The combination of the herbed mild goat cheese, arugula, and the sweet onions and figs tastes great together.
